These terms apply to your use of chametagency.live, run by an independent Chamet agency partner (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who can use our services
You must be 18 or older to register as a Chamet host or agent through our invite links.
2. We are not Chamet
This website is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Chamet. Your Chamet account, your earnings and your payouts are governed by Chamet's own terms and policies, and by MetWallet's terms for your wallet. Only Chamet can make decisions about your Chamet account. See our disclaimer.
3. No guaranteed earnings
Earnings depend on your activity, your audience, the features available to your account and Chamet's rules and rates, which Chamet can change at any time. Any figures, examples and calculator results on this website are estimates for illustration and are not promises of income.
4. Free to join
Registering through our invite links is free. We never charge fees and never ask for passwords, OTP codes or wallet details. If someone claiming to be us asks for any of these, do not pay or share anything, and report the account in the Chamet app.
5. Accuracy of information
We work to keep our guides correct, but app screens, rules, rates and limits change. The information here is general guidance and may be out of date; the Chamet app, the agency dashboard and MetWallet always show what currently applies.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, for example by attempting to disrupt it, copying it in bulk, or using it to impersonate us or mislead others.
7. Other websites
Links to Chamet, MetWallet, YouTube and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. Content and trademarks
The text and design of this website belong to us. Chamet, MateMet, ChillChat and MetWallet are names and trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify those apps. App screenshots are shown to explain how the apps work.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website, from decisions made by Chamet or other third parties, or from reliance on information that has changed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be excluded.
