The role
What a Chamet agent actually does
Recruits hostesses
Shares a personal invite link. New hosts who register through it are bound to the agency.
Invites sub-agents
Other people can start their own agency under yours, which adds to your team's total.
Supports the team
Helps with sign-up, verification, profile photos and the rules, and stays reachable.
Tracks progress
Follows hostesses, sub-agents, daily reports and settlement in the agency dashboard.
How you earn
Commission paid by Chamet, in two parts
Part 1 · Your hostesses
Your rate × what your own hostesses earned.
Part 2 · Each sub-agent
(Your rate − the sub-agent's rate) × what that sub-agent's team earned.
| Class | Team earnings, last 30 days | Commission |
|---|---|---|
| A | $500 or more | 5% |
| B | $1,500 or more | 10% |
| C | $5,000 or more | 15% |
| D | $15,000 or more | 18% |
| E | $50,000 or more | 20% |
| F | $150,000 or more | 22% |
| G | $500,000 or more | 24% |
| H | $1,500,000 or more | 26% |
| K | $50,000,000 or more | 30% |
Classes as published on this site since 2024. New agencies (under 30 days) are rated on earnings from their registration day to yesterday. Chamet can change classes and rates, so we confirm current figures in the dashboard.
Agency rules
The rules Chamet sets for agencies
- Only bind new hostesses. Agencies may not bind hostesses who already work on Chamet.
- Never move hostesses to other apps. Taking Chamet hostesses elsewhere ends the cooperation.
- Never cut a hostess's pay. Chamet pays her directly and pays your commission separately.
- Look after your team. If a hostess has been inactive in your agency for more than two weeks (see Hostess List in the dashboard), you cannot ask Chamet to ban her new account or bring her back.
- Recruit people who want to host. Chamet's automatic checks stop sending calls to hosts who break the standards or don't engage, so quality matters more than numbers.

Common questions
What does a Chamet agent do?
An agent invites new hostesses and sub-agents with personal invite links, helps them get started and keeps an eye on their activity in the agency dashboard. Chamet pays the agent a commission on the team's earnings.
How to become a Chamet agentWhat is a sub-agent?
A sub-agent is another agency that registered through your agency invite link. For each sub-agent you earn the difference between your rate and theirs on their team's revenue, so you earn more when your own class is higher.
Worked exampleWhere do I log in to the agency dashboard?
At agent.rchamet.com with the username and password you chose during agency registration. Never share these details, even with us.
Dashboard login stepsHow can I tell whether an agency is genuine?
A genuine agency never charges you, never asks for your password, OTP code or wallet details, and sends you to Chamet's own registration pages. Its commission is paid by Chamet, so it has no reason to take money from you.
